Instructions

  1. Wash the lime thoroughly, knead until soft. Rub the peel and squeeze the lime. Thaw the raspberries and finely puree them with the 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon of lime juice.
  2. In the meantime, break through the biscuits appropriately and pour them into a glass bowl. Leave 1 tablespoon of lime juice, mix the rest with 1 thick teaspoon of powdered sugar and drizzle about 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of lime juice per bowl onto the biscuits.
  3. Beat the quark with the whisk with 1 teaspoon of mineral water until creamy. Stir in the yogurt, mascarpone, sugar and the bourbon vanilla. Finally stir in the leftover teaspoon of lime juice and season to taste.
  4. Spread half of the raspberry puree on the biscuits and pour a little less than half of the quark mixture over them. Press a new layer of biscuits on top, drizzle with the rest of the lime juice, add raspberry puree and distribute the remaining quark.
  5. Finally, sprinkle cocoa over the top and let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, covered.
