Put all ingredients in a large glass (e.g. bowl, min. 3 liters) and mix well. Place in a sunny place (e.g. window sill) and let stand for 3 - 4 days, stirring twice a day.
After 3 - 4 days, pour the liqueur through a coffee filter and then transfer to glass bottles. You can store it for 3 months or drink it straight away.
