Instructions

  1. First the raspberries, then the rock candy in the glass. I put the peeled ginger on top because I can get it out again after 2 weeks (otherwise it gets too hot for my taste). If you like it spicier, it is best to put the ginger in pieces in the glass. Then let it rest, shaking it every now and then so that the sugar dissolves well.
  2. Drain and enjoy 4 weeks after preparation!
  3. I always use a large mason jar (or 1 liter wide-neck bottle) for this amount.
