Peel and core the mango. Puree together with the banana and add the lemon juice. The amount is a matter of taste, it ensures that the smoothie does not lose its color. Finally add raspberries, buttermilk and, if necessary, the yoghurt and puree vigorously.
Now just decant and enjoy!
You can of course also use fresh raspberries, but the frozen version makes the smoothie fresher and cooler, especially good for the summer. You can also spice up the smoothie with fruit juice.
