• 1 cup mascarpone
• 1 cup yogurt (raspberry)
• 300 g raspberries
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cup cream

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, raspberry yoghurt, half of the raspberries and the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the mascarpone mixture.
2. Layer the mascarpone cream and the rest of the raspberries alternately in dessert glasses.
