First prepare the fruit: if possible, don`t wash the raspberries, but sort them cleanly. Wash, dry and core the nectarines. First cut into wedges, then into fine pieces.
Mix the fruits in a saucepan with the preserving sugar and the raspberry spirit (can be replaced with water). The pot should not be more than half full, otherwise it will splash on your hands and stove. Let something stand.
In the meantime maybe rinse and drain the glasses. Jars with screw caps are best.
