Instructions

  1. Roll out the puff pastry approx. 3-4 mm thick and cut into a 20 cm square. Place the dough square on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush the edges with egg white.
  2. Shape the leftover dough into a rim and brush with egg white. Prick the dough with a fork, then chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven in time to 200 ° C.
  4. Sprinkle the dough with sugar, bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes until golden.
  5. Mix the quark, cream and brown sugar together. Mix half of the raspberries with the powdered sugar, mash lightly and fold into the other raspberries. Spread the quark mixture on the dough and spread the raspberries on top.
  6. If you cut the dough into smaller squares, it`s a great dessert that is easy to prepare.
