Instructions

  1. Thaw the raspberries in a saucepan over low heat, do not boil, sprinkle with 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Press the lukewarm raspberries through a sieve.
  2. Mix the milk and raspberry purée well.
  3. Half fill two glasses with raspberry milk and add ice cubes.
