Instructions

  1. Place ladyfingers on the bottom of a rectangular glass or porcelain bowl. Soak in cherry syrup. The easiest way is to put the syrup in a shot glass beforehand and then drizzle it over the ladyfingers. Spread the frozen raspberries over the ladyfingers and smooth them out.
  2. Whip the cream. Mix the mascarpone with the quark and cream. Sweeten with sugar if you like. Spread the mascarpone quark cream on the raspberries and smooth out. Chill for at least 3 hours. Before serving, sprinkle cocoa or Kaba over the cream through a sieve. You can put a stencil or cookie cutter on the cream beforehand - this creates beautiful motifs or patterns.
  3. You can also use other berries - they don`t have to be frozen either. Because the tiramisu stands a little, the frozen berries slowly thaw and cool the dessert at the same time. It is therefore sufficient to simply put the whole thing in a cool room (cellar or similar) until it is consumed.
