Separate the eggs into two different bowls. Mix the granulated sugar with the yolk to a creamy mass and then add the mascarpone. Mix everything properly. Beat the egg whites into snow and then fold in carefully.
Then you take a cake tin (important: WITH a base) and start with a layer of ladyfingers and sprinkle it with a little coffee. Then spread a few raspberries on top, sieve a little icing sugar over them and then cover everything with a layer of cream. Then you start again with the ladyfingers (ladyfingers) etc. You end up with a layer of cream and then decorate it with a few raspberries. If you want, you can also decorate the tiramisu with a little bitter cocoa powder.
The tiramisu tastes best when it is not served immediately after preparation, but rather left in the refrigerator for a night.
