Instructions

  1. First puree the raspberries well, then add ice and buttermilk and puree well again. Depending on how sweet you want it to be, you can add a little more sugar. I usually use half a tablespoon.
  2. If there is no buttermilk available, the shake can also be made with normal milk. With buttermilk it tastes even fresher and gets a nice creamy consistency!
