Instructions

1. Cream horseradish, sour cream and maple syrup, alternatively you can also mix with honey and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into small rolls and add them.
2. Cut the beetroot balls into slices, pour off the juice of the beetroot from the glass and add the beets to the dressing. Mix well.
