Peel the beetroot and cut finely or slice it into thin (1 - 2mm) slices with a slicer and place in the bowl. Crush the garlic with a press and add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Add pepper and salt to taste, the same applies to the soy sauce, but be really careful with the amount and approach it. Let it steep for 15 minutes and the spicy raw vegetable salad is ready.
