Instructions

  1. Peel the beetroot and grate finely (with gloves if possible). Wash the apples and grate with the skin, mix both together. Mix the yoghurt with the cream, season with herb salt and lemon juice and pour over the beetroot and apple flakes. Mix well and season again. Pour the desiccated coconut over the salad just before serving.
