Cut off the florets from the broccoli. Cut the cherry tomatoes into slices and put both together in a bowl. Mix the almond butter with a little water until smooth, mix into the vegetables. Season with herb salt and sprinkle with the chopped almonds.
Tip: The broccoli drink is much too good to throw away. You can steam it with a little water and eat it as a vegetable with herbal salt and a little olive oil or butter. Or use it as an ingredient in a vegetable broth.
