Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and apples and grate them into thin strips with a grater. Put the whole thing in a large bowl. Then add the oil and lemon juice and stir again. Then fold in the sugar. Close the bowl with a lid and place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Stir every now and then so that the leaked juice is distributed nicely.
