Mix the quark, cream cheese and mayonnaise together. Season the resulting cream to taste! Pour the cream into a flat dish. Cut the tomatoes, bell peppers and spring onions into small pieces and spread on top. Finally, the gypsy sauce is poured evenly over it. Chill for a couple of hours.
This is served with bread, tacos or raw vegetables (kohlrabi, carrots, peppers, etc.). It`s very easy and a hit at all festivals!
