- 250 g plant milk (plant drink), e.., oat milk or soy milk
- 15 g amaranth, puffed
- 1 tablespoon flax flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon protein powder, vegetable, e.g., sweet lupine flour, hemp protein or pea protein
- 6 date (s)
- 2 banana (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oil, e.g., linseed oil or hemp oil
- 1 handful nuts your choice, e.g., hazelnuts or walnuts
Instructions
- Put all ingredients except the nuts in a blender and puree. The mixture should now have roughly the consistency of a smoothie.
- Pour the mixture into one or more bowls and fold in the nuts. Then put the pudding in the refrigerator and let it cool for a few hours.
- Due to the swelling effect of the flax flour, the mass becomes very thick over time and you get a delicious and healthy chocolate pudding.
