Puree the strawberries with the water using a hand blender. Add agave syrup to this mass, depending on the sweetness you want (this is unnecessary with ripe strawberries, unless you are a real sweetbeak). Then stir in the ground psyllium husks and chia seeds with a spoon. Immediately pour the mixture into serving bowls and let stand for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the mass has a pudding consistency.
