Instructions

  1. Cut red cabbage, fennel and onion into fine strips.
  2. Sweat the fennel in a little oil in a pan. Grate the carrots, roughly chop the parsley and mix all the ingredients with the mustard and salad mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
