Peel the banana and tangerine, wash and core the apple and cut into pieces.
Put the fruit in the blender and puree to make fruit pulp. Put the fruit pulp in a saucepan and heat on the stove on low heat. Now pour half of the coconut flour, then the rawnola or granola and finally the rest of the coconut flour on top.
Top with the soy yoghurt and coconut blossom syrup.
