Instructions

  1. The limes or lemons only peel the green or yellow, never peel the white! Put the peel in the alcohol and let it steep for three days.
  2. Then bring the water with the sugar to the boil and let it cool down again, pour the alcohol through a sieve into the sugar water. Stir and fill into bottles.
  3. Let it steep in the fridge for at least a day, then you can enjoy the liqueur.
