Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the Braunschweig sausage into slices so that you can then cut them into small cubes. Peel the onion and also dice it.
  3. Drain the pasta as soon as it is ready. Sweat the onion cubes together with the sausage cubes in a deep pan or in the same saucepan (in which the pasta was previously cooked) until the onion is translucent yellow. Add the pasta and mix well. Finally, season with fondor or aromatic and pepper (you can of course use normal salt or herbal salt instead of aromatic) and serve.
  4. Note: I am not a Tyrolean myself, but have lived and worked in Tyrol for a long time. Since my work is related to children, I can say with a clear conscience that this is the favorite food of every second child. Some like it just as described, others with ketchup and still others add a sliced spring onion or chives rolls.
