Instructions

  1. Cut the meat sausage, bell pepper and onion into small pieces. Fry the sausage in a little olive oil. Season with lots of paprika (hot as rose and noble sweet) (with chicken also with pepper and salt). Remove the meat from the pan and sauté the onion in the pan.
  2. Add paprika. Season with about 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper and a good pinch of sugar. Then let the whole thing simmer on a low flame (5 - 10 minutes, depending on how crispy the bell pepper should be). Add the tomatoes, then the meat. Finally add the creme fraiche and tomato paste.
  3. If necessary, season with a little chili sauce. Season to taste. Best served with ribbon noodles and a green salad.
