Fry the minced meat and chopped onion in the oil. Add the white and red beans with the brew from the can. Cut the leek into fine strips and let simmer for 10 minutes. If the bean pan is too thick for you, you can add a little more water.
Season with the tomato paste, thyme and chilli and season with salt. Let simmer for another 5 minutes and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Baguette or flatbread is served with it.
