Instructions

  1. Heat the butter or margarine in a saucepan and fry the finely diced onions and carrots in it until translucent. Add the finely chopped pepper and the garlic cloves previously grated with the salt and sauté briefly. Stir in the tomato paste, dust with the flour, top up with the vegetable stock and red wine and simmer covered for 10 minutes. Stir in the drained beans, season with the thyme and heat everything together.
  2. Refine with the crème fraiche, season to taste again, pour over the pasta and serve immediately.
