Instructions

  1. Clean and finely slice the cabbage, dice the onion and add to the cabbage, season with pepper (can also be seasoned with salt).
  2. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and 1st orange.
  3. Wash, core and dice the rest of the fruit or cut the banana into slices and mix with the cabbage with the honey and oil. Then pour lemon juice (amount according to taste) and orange juice over it and cover it for half an hour.
  4. Serve beforehand and sprinkle with the cracked walnuts
