Instructions

  1. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until light brown, then pour them into a cold container to cool.
  2. Mix the sesame seeds into powder in a blender. Add red cabbage, garlic, lemon juice, oil, water and cumin and mix well. Then add the chickpeas and mix everything into a spreadable paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. You may have to add a little more water.
