Clean, wash, halve, cut or slice red cabbage. For the sauce, mix the ingredients (chilli to yoghurt) well with the whisk, pour over the salad and leave for at least 30 minutes covered, mix well again from time to time.
Cut the apples into thin wedges. Peel oranges thickly (fillet if necessary) and cut into small pieces. Roughly chop the walnuts, leave a few halves whole to decorate. Mix the fruits with the salad.
Tip: Replace oranges with 2-4 slices of canned pineapple.
