Instructions
Put the prepared vegetables and apples in a bowl.
For the dressing, squeeze the lemon and mix well with the yogurt, oil, poppy seeds, mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Pour everything over the fruit and vegetables, mix well and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
