Instructions

  1. Finely slice the red cabbage, finely dice the onions. Mix the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar, then stir in the oil. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix well and let steep for 1 hour.
  2. Carefully fold in a glass of cranberries (only the contents of the same, of course), let it steep again and season to taste.
