Instructions

  1. Finely slice or cut the red cabbage (if the raw cabbage is too hard for you, you can blanch the leaves beforehand).
  2. Peel the pineapple. If the stalk is woody, remove it. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
  3. Combine oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and honey, mix with the cabbage and pineapple. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
