- Finely slice or cut the red cabbage (if the raw cabbage is too hard for you, you can blanch the leaves beforehand).
- Peel the pineapple. If the stalk is woody, remove it. Cut the pineapple into small pieces.
- Combine oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and honey, mix with the cabbage and pineapple. Sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
