Clean the red cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut very finely (also works well with the bread machine), or chop finely in the blitz chopper or in the food processor. Mix lemon juice with oil, honey, salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour over the red cabbage and mix very well. Let it steep for at least two hours.
Crumble the sheep`s cheese and pour over the salad together with the coarsely chopped nut kernels.
