Instructions

  1. Make a dressing from the O juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, chives, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper and let it steep.
  2. Cut the red cabbage into fine strips and knead well with your hands. Clean and grate the carrot and add to the red cabbage. Peel and dice the onion and add to the red cabbage with the sheep`s cheese cut into small cubes. Now add the dressing and mix everything well. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Let it steep for at least 1 hour!
  3. Tip: If you like, you can add a grated apple.
