Sear the minced meat in the oil (preferably everything in a large saucepan). Then add the chopped peppers and fry them only briefly. Then add the chopped onions and fry until translucent. Then add the pureed tomatoes and let simmer briefly.
Now add the corn and immediately stir in the processed cheese and sour cream until there are no more lumps. Then let the whole thing boil again briefly and finally season with salt and sugar.
The soup tastes best when it has cooled down and reheated.
