Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients - except for the applesauce - in a glass and mix. Place in the refrigerator and wait for the chia seeds to thicken. Then put the applesauce on top and sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
  2. Either eat right away or put in the refrigerator overnight.
