Make a syrup from water and sugar - simply boil in a saucepan for about 15 minutes and then let it cool down. Mix well with currant juice and wheat grain and store in suitable containers in a cool and dark place.
Tastes good on vanilla ice cream or on its own.
Note: You can make red currant juice yourself by mixing red currants with the hand blender to a liquid pulp. Alternatively, the juice can be obtained by scraping the pulp with a spoon.
