Boil the pasta in salted water, drain and drain. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves.
Heat the oil, fry the onion, garlic and minced meat in it. Fry the paprika and chili peppers briefly. Add chunky tomatoes, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and tomato paste and simmer for about 20 minutes over a mild heat.
Season the sauce with salt, pepper, chilli powder and herbs to taste. Add the penne and mix everything well. Serve with parmesan if desired.
