Put half of the raspberries in a large bowl (preferably made of glass because of the beautiful appearance of the dessert), then half of the meringue, then half of the cream. Repeat the layering with the 2nd half of the ingredients.
Tip: Decorate as you like, e.g. with chocolate flakes.
Either prepare 2 - 3 hours before serving and let it steep at room temperature or prepare 6 - 8 hours in advance and then let it steep in the refrigerator.
Tastes delicious even if the raspberries are still a little bit frozen.
