Finely dice the garlic and onions. Wash the lentils under cold running water.
Cut the chicken breast into approx. 1.5 cm cubes. Now heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic in it. Add curry and lentils and let them sweat. Deglaze with the broth, bring to the boil and let the chicken slide in. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper and serve with fresh coriander.
