Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes and onions into small pieces. Cut the carrots, leek and pork loin into slices.
  2. Bring the potatoes and onions to the boil in water. After about 10 minutes add the carrots, leek and lentils. Then add the meatballs and simmer for another 15 minutes. Mix the tomato paste into the soup and finally add salt, pepper and cumin.
  3. The soup also tastes very good the next day if everything is done well.
