Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the persimmon and cut the persimmon into large pieces, put in the blender or puree with the hand blender. Quarter the tomatoes and add. Clean and add peppers. Pour in the juice of one orange and puree everything finely. If the smoothie is still very thick, mix in a little more juice.
  2. Pour the smoothie into two large glasses and add 1/2 teaspoon of horseradish to each. Garnish with mint if you like.
