Instructions

  1. Cut off the lid of the pointed peppers and remove the seeds.
  2. Put all ingredients, except for the spices and milk, in a bowl and mix with a mixer to a creamy mass. Now season and if the mixture is too firm, add a little milk. Fill tightly into the peppers and put in the fridge for about 1 hour. Serve sliced.
  3. Great for grilling, brunch or just as a snack in between.
