Instructions

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and the spring onions into rings. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms and the whites of the spring onions and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put the paprika pulp in a bowl and gradually stir in the eggs with a whisk.
  3. When the mushrooms and onions are done, add the egg mixture to the pan and let it set while stirring. At the end fold in the green part of the spring onions and serve with a slice of multigrain bread.
