Drain the cherries, pour the juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Mix the mondamin, 1 tablespoon sugar and 4 tablespoon water until smooth and stir into the boiling cherry juice. Add cherries and let cool.
Mix the vanilla pudding powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk with the whisk. Bring 1/4 liter of milk to the boil. Stir in the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil once. Stir 250 g cream quark into the cooled vanilla cream.
Layer alternating cherries and vanilla cream in dessert glasses and then chill.
Finally, decorate the dessert with the whipped cream and the chocolate flakes.
