Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Fill up the red wine with cherry juice to 1 l. Put in a saucepan with the sugar and bring to the boil. Mix the pudding powder according to the package instructions and add to the boiling red wine. Bring to the boil once and remove from the stove.
  2. Stir in the cherries and pour everything into dessert glasses. Let cool down.
  3. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and sprinkle on the cold pudding. Dust with cinnamon at the end.
