Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection 175 ° C). Grease the muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  2. Mix the flour, hazelnuts or almonds, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and grated chocolate. Beat the eggs really nice and frothy, then stir with the margarine and sugar until smooth. Fold in the flour mixture, then mix in the red wine and a dash of rum.
  3. Fill the indentations of the mold 2/3 full with the batter. Bake the muffins for about 25 minutes and then let them cool.
  4. You can also serve a warm chocolate sauce.
