Sift the flour mixed with baking powder onto the work surface. Add sugar, egg, cocoa, cinnamon, margarine and red wine and make a kneading dough. Put in a cool place.
Cut out round cookies and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Brush the cooled cookies with jam and combine with a second cookie. Brush the edge of the pastry with melted chocolate icing and roll in the ground nuts.
