• 300 ml red wine
• 100 ml currant juice
• 100 g suar
• 6 sheets gelatin
• 300 ml whipped cream

Instructions

1. Soak gelatin. Mix and heat red wine, juice and sugar. Do not boil, but stir until the sugar is dissolved. Squeeze out the gelatine and stir in. Let the cream set a little and then fold in the whipped cream.
