Instructions

  1. Put the red wine in a saucepan and reduce to 150 ml, then leave to cool.
  2. Put red wine, powdered sugar, the pulp of half the vanilla pod, sour cream, cream (not whipped) and the fruit sauce in a bowl, stir briefly with the hand mixer or hand blender and then put in the ice cream maker.
  3. I like to combine this ice cream with a panna cotta on a dessert plate.
